Shipping policy

Way To Weave has always had the goal of offering our customers the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We have delivered to customers in every state in the USA and to most continents. We try to provide the very highest level of responsiveness to you at all times, and sometimes that takes coordination with shipping carriers.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: This includes order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed as quickly as possible after the order is placed. If all parts are in stock, we can usually ship within a day or two for PVC weave poles, within 2 weeks for Channel or Competition weave pole sets. If items are not in stock, we will let you know shortly after we receive your order, and we will estimate the processing time.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US and Canadian orders usually take between 2 and 10 business days to arrive at their destination. International delivery usually takes 15–30 business days.

FREE shipping and FLAT RATE shipping are self-explanatory. Your location may affect the availability of FREE or FLAT RATE shipping. For other types of shipping, carrier-based cost depends on your location and the size and weight of packages. We choose from various carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.) to minimize the cost and shipping time as much as possible. If you want to indicate that your carrier choice SHOULD NOT be changed by us, please express that in your order notes.

If you would like us to estimate the shipping cost before you place your order, simply contact us with your complete shipping address and the product(s) you wish to have shipped.

When you checkout, you may be offered various shipping options. Please choose carefully. If the shipping estimate you receive for your order is inaccurate, we will contact you to refund or request the difference.
